Ki’lala’s team honours and respect their cultural traditional teachings and shares their knowledge gifted to them by their Elder and leaders.
The Our team is very mindful of the many diverse Indigenous Nations on Turtle Island and work hard to respect those different cultural values and protocols.
Ki’Lala has an extensive connections/relationship with Elders, Facilitators and Nations that share their knowledge, teachings and their support that endorse our work with the community.
We support and encourage engagement with non-Indigenous communities to ensure cultural safety that promotion Truth and Reconciliation.
Ki’Lala Event Management specializes in connecting communities, supporting organization with management of their engagement, conference and events with a wealth of connections to Key Note, Speakers, Elder Facilitators, Traditional Welcomes, and Cultural Performers.

Our Services include and not limited to;
- Meeting with Clients when needed or request via online or in person
- Organizing each client’s concept & vision for their targeted audience
- Engage venues/spaces, caterers, vendors and exhibitors.
- Order all materials, paperwork, marketing etc.
- Create nametags
- Set up online registrations, continue maintenance
- Report ongoing and the final registration list.
- Develop schedules and Conference timetable
- Engage Facilitators and Workshops Instructors
- Ensure cultural expectations are met, traditional welcome, closing etc.
- Swag bags: prepare/collect products
Onsite management
- Set up and manage Sign In table
- Ensure venue, lighting and sound are set up
- Create space for vendors, exhibitors and
- Communicate with venue, caterers, facilitators, etc.
- Maintain
- Go to for client
- All logistics for the production
- Provide Indigenous staff and volunteers as needed upon request.
Financial Management
- Online excels shared
- Develop and mange budget set by client
- Collect fees onsite
- Submit invoices for approval
- Forward payments/honorariums to vendors, Elders and Speakers
